Leadership had a significant impact on Ismail’s life. Ismail, who comes from a Muslim background, after knowing Jesus as his personal Lord and Savior, has been attending leadership training lessons regularly. “Leadership is not words but actions and a loving influence,” he said. After attending the leadership program for almost a year now, Ismail has been actively telling others about the Lord, thus showing obedience to the great mission Jesus set. He learnt how to be honest, patient in times of trouble, and how to be obedient to the elders in church.
Ismail is very attentive in the training, and he shared that he learned the characters of God and the meaning of serving together as brothers and sisters in Christ, besides some tips for growing a healthy family.
